I‘ve been looking at a lot of Facebook pages lately. I often do audits for clients: I’ll look at their page, and then give them suggestions as to how they can improve it.
Basically, with most social media, it comes down to two things: quality AND quantity. It’s not an either/or situation, although if I had to prioritize one, I’d choose quality over quantity. Often, though, (but not always) with social media, quantity leads to quality, because there will always be a large percentage of your fans that will “lurk” and never respond to you. That’s just the nature of the game.
