A few weeks back, I did a teleclass for Hollyhock. Located on Cortez Island, Hollyhock is a retreat centre that offers workshops in the areas of wellness and the arts. Many of the instructors are artists, writers, and keynote speakers, so I was asked to do a workshop for them, to help them to promote their own work.
The class was recorded, and there were also written notes that I want to share with you.
