It’s my birthday today! And everyone knows you shouldn’t work on your birthday. So, today I have a cool infographic for you on how social media is changing our world.

Who knew, 10 or so years ago, when the first social networks started up, that this would turn out to be such a huge thing? I still giggle a little bit when people ask me what I do for a living, because 3 or 4 years ago, what I do didn’t exist. It’s pretty amazing.

Today, social media is my main source of news, I have gotten jobs through Facebook, I use it every day in my classroom, and it has become a key tool for my business.
